About Color Line Ferry

Color Line Ferry is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Color Group ASA. Color Line head office is in Oslo, but the company also has offices in Bergen, Stavanger, Kristiansand, Sandefjord and Larvik in addition to international offices in Kiel, Fredrikshavn, Hirtshals and Strömstad.

The company operates five international cruise ferry lines between ten ferry ports in Norway, Germany, Denmark and Sweden. 4.4 million people traveled with Color Line in 2005. In addition the company carried 810,000 private cars and 177,000 heavy goods vehicles.

Color Line Ferry operates ten ships - eight modern cruise ferries, a high-speed passenger ferry and a cargo ship (ro-pax). Color Line's ships offer facilities and activities suitable for every age group. On board there are all categories of restaurants and large tax-free shops with a wide selection of goods. Color Line Ferry offer a wide range of cabins on the ships from the roomy five-star Color Class suites to the more modest one-star cabins. The size and standard of a cabin within each category may vary somewhat from ship to ship. Not all cabin categories are available on all Color Line ships.
